1. Website use
This website provides general information about Ascension Built and its services. You may use it for lawful purposes and to contact us about legitimate business needs. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the site abusively, impersonate another person, or use the inquiry form for spam or unlawful content.
2. Inquiries do not create a client relationship
Sending an inquiry, receiving a reply, or discussing a project does not require either party to proceed and does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship. A client relationship begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or service agreement and any required initial payment is received.
3. Services and written agreements
Project scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, revision limits, payment schedule, cancellation terms, refunds, maintenance, ownership, and other service details will be stated in the applicable written proposal or agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
This website does not currently collect payments. Quotes, availability, and promotional offers are not final until confirmed in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Ascension Built works to create professional websites and stronger business visibility, but does not guarantee search rankings, Google approvals, review volume, website traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or any other specific business result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the client's market, offer, responsiveness, competition, advertising budget, and third-party platform decisions.
6. Third-party services
Projects may rely on services operated by others, such as domain registrars, hosting companies, Google, email providers, form processors, social platforms, and software vendors. Their separate terms, prices, policies, availability, and account decisions apply. Ascension Built is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, suspensions, or actions outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property and portfolio use
Ascension Built's website, branding, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by Ascension Built or used with permission and may not be copied or republished without authorization. Ownership and licenses for client deliverables will be defined in the written project agreement. Client names, testimonials, and work will be used publicly only as permitted by the agreement or separate consent.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ascension Built disclaims implied warranties relating to the website and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from website use. Any warranties, remedies, or liability limits for paid services will be governed by the applicable written client agreement.
